JOAN has been selling homes and small revenue properties since1980. After a 15 year career in Montreal, she moved to BC and launched her Vancouver Real Estate business in 1995. 

She has a reputation for being straightforward, as well as a strong proven negotiator, and as a result of many sales and her satisfied clientele, she has achieved the esteemed Lifetime Achievement Award.

Joan and her husband enjoy their newly renovated townhouse, family and friends, gardening, travel and the great outdoors. Born in Montreal and fluent in French, she is happy to help anyone in the language of their choice.
